Friday, Jan 11, 2013, Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island, GA

Took a walk along Driftwood Beach on Jekyll Island, GA. Every once and a while we would feel a wave of really warm air. Eeyore says "Oh bother - another beautiful day."

View from Driftwood Beach of the Sidney Lanier Bridge to Brunswick.

The fog is starting to roll in. We watched it engulf the distant shoreline.

The fog has reached our side.

We took a drive to check out the other end of the island. It was breathtaking as well.

We went back to the aptly named "Driftwood Beach" later in the day. It was low tide and the fog rolled in again - very surreal!

Finally, a beach that Sam can enjoy (or did we just miss the sign again).
