It was time to leave Moab, but we did not go far. Monticello was a close 50.4 miles south on Highway 191 (70,736.1 miles total). It will be our base for exploring a little more of Utah's beautiful scenery in Canyonlands National Park-Needles District before moving on to southwest Colorado.
"Hole in the Rock" was pretty much the only thing we saw on the drive. It was a quirky little tourist trap along the road that we might check out later.
How did we not know about this?!!
The coach barely had time to warm up before we were pulling into Mountain View RV Park where we set up and did some planning and, of course, relaxing!
