The tide was scheduled to be about a foot lower at Shell Beach, CA, this evening, so we thought we would explore one last time. The low sun really brought out the colors in the rocks and plant life.
Joani sat on the cliff wall waiting for the sun to set. Unfortunately, the marine layer was too thick and cut off the sun before it got really colorful. It was still pretty nice and Joani captured a few images before she had to hurry back to beat the incoming tide.
