Our next stop was West Yellowstone, MT. It was 316.7 miles (8,258.2 trip/67,739.3 total) which may have been our longest ever one day trip. It was pretty uneventful. A straight shot up I-15 to Idaho Falls and then highway 20 into West Yellowstone.
Most of the way it was overcast and gray. When we neared our destination, however, it started to snow. For the record, I'm really not a fan of driving the motorhome in the snow!
Everything went well and we were nestled into our new site by 3:00 in the afternoon. The rest of the day was spent trying to stay warm and catching up on The Big Bang Theory (the season 7 finale is on a week from Thursday).
