We walked into town, (Pismo Beach, CA) but exercised great restraint by passing by the cinnamon roll shop without going in. Instead, we roamed Pismo Bob's Hardware store. I have never seen a wider selection of hardware. I bought some self-drilling screws for a project but kept my purchases under control.
Strolling along the boardwalk always presents some unique photo opportunities.
It was Jim's birthday, so everyone gathered in Arroyo Grande for dinner. Jim and Maggie's friends, Drew Lynn and Lindel, Jan and Larry, and Linda, James and Karen were all there. McLintock's had a special 9 oz tri-tip steak, baked potato, beans and bread which was great. Happy Birthday, Jim!
We spent some time after dinner talking with Jim and Maggie in their beach house.
