It was difficult to say goodbye to Yellowstone, but we moved on to Grand Tetons National Park, so it can't be all bad! Joani caught this one of the Teton peaks, from the Idaho side, on our way to Victor, ID (104.1 miles, 2,806.8 trip/62,287.9 total). We love the short trips - we had a leisurely morning getting ready to move, not long on the road and we were parked and settled into our site by 12:30.
Victor is not a large town, but it was pretty pleasant. Gary and Chris, a few sites down, told us there would be some music at the park starting at 6:00. We took some chairs and enjoyed the small town party atmosphere and some good music until it started sprinkling around 8:00. We may have been the only ones to leave - the locals seemed to enjoy the party more than the actual music.
Please, let me be this full of life at 75!
